We were so sick and tired of SpotHopper and then switched to Owner.com which let us down as well. That was until we found Derby Digital, our 3rd and last company! Our customers love our website and how they can see a 3D overview of our restaurant. Social media, designs, and graphics are also top notch. Derby Digital is going to put SpotHopper and Owner out of business.

We've been with Derby Digital since switching from SpotHopper in June and are amazed by the results: we're ranking on the front page of Google in a market as competitive as Orlando and get hundreds of online orders every week. It's a bonus that we don't have to update the website or even send out text messages as we can just email Jahan and he takes care of it for us!

These guys got my website ranking on the top of Google for people searching for Indian food. I've seen a big increase in online orders and really like how they convert people that have ordered from third parties to ordering on the website so we don't have to pay the crazy DoorDash fees. These guys are the real guys and I am very happy with the services and software I get.

Leaving SpotHopper was the best decision I could have made for Ludwing's. There's no way in hell I would have kept paying $399 a month for software and no service. I love working with Derby Digital because they're an actual marketing company and don't expect me to do all the work on a software while they get paid

We started working with them a few months ago and really had a nice setup and a lot of help before the launch. The launch really has been great. Many new customers and the availability to drive that traffic back to us should be great as well.. Also, really love the live tracking of how the program is working.
