How do inquiries get into DerbyFlow?

Through the inquiry form and event pages we add to your website. Every inquiry lands in your pipeline, and the guest gets a thank-you email right away.

What does the AI concierge answer?

Questions about your rooms, capacity, packages, prices, policies, menu and open dates, using only the information you’ve given it.

Will the AI promise things we can’t do?

No. It only answers from your own details, and hands the conversation to your team for discounts, holding a date, contracts, deposits or anything it isn’t sure about.

Can guests sign online?

Yes. Proposals and contracts are signed online, typed or drawn. Accepting a proposal holds the date, and signing the contract books it.

Can guests pay a deposit online?

Not yet. For now you record deposits in DerbyFlow when they’re paid, so every event shows what’s been collected.

Does it work with Google Calendar?

Yes. Booked events are sent to your Google Calendar, and the concierge checks your calendar before it talks about dates.
