Every night gets
its own page.

Trivia, live music, wine dinners. Each one a real page on your own website that Google can find, with RSVPs that hand you a name and an email.

A real page for every night.

Not a Facebook post that disappears by Thursday.

  • One-off nights, or a series that repeats weekly or monthly
  • Your own photos, description, times and categories
  • Event pages on your own website, built to be found
  • Marked up so Google can list them as events
  • A featured strip of what’s coming on your home page
  • Add to calendar, right from the page

RSVPs that build your list.

Know who’s coming, and keep them after the night is over.

  • Free RSVPs with name, email and party size
  • Cap the room, or leave it open
  • No RSVP at all when it’s just an open door
  • Every RSVP lands in your guest book
  • Export the list for the door
  • See how full each night is getting

Fill the room before the night.

The people on your website are the easiest ones to invite.

  • A pop-up on your own site, in your brand
  • It pulls in whatever event is coming next
  • Show it after a few seconds, or as they go to leave
  • Every page, or just the home page
  • A sign-up button that feeds your email and text list
  • Turn it off the moment the night sells out

We set it all up. You run the night.

  1. We build your events

Your nights, photos, categories and the way they repeat.

  2. We put them on your website

Event pages, a what’s-on list and a featured strip on your home page.

  3. RSVPs start landing

Names and emails in your guest book, and a list ready for the door.

Why run events on your own site.

Listing sites and social posts

  • Your night on somebody else’s page
  • Guests land beside other venues
  • Google credits their page
  • A post that’s buried by Thursday
  • RSVPs you can’t take with you

  • Your night on your own website
  • Guests stay with you
  • Google credits yours
  • A page that’s there every week
  • Names and emails in your guest book

Questions owners ask.

Can we sell tickets?

Not yet. Today your events run as pages and free RSVPs. Paid ticketing is built and waiting on payments, and we’ll switch it on for you when it’s ready.

Where do the event pages live?

On your own website, as real pages Google can read, plus a what’s-on list and a featured strip on your home page.

Can we run a weekly night?

Yes. Set it to repeat weekly or monthly, and skip the dates you’re closed.

Do we have to take RSVPs?

No. Leave a night as an open door, or cap it and collect RSVPs. It’s per event.

What happens to the names?

Every RSVP lands in your guest book with their email and party size, and you can export the list for the door.

How do people hear about it?

The pop-up on your own site, your event pages in search, and your email and text list.

Who sets it up?

We do. Our team loads your events, sets up the pages and puts the pop-up on your site.

Which package includes events?

Every package. Events are part of DerbyFlow, which comes with every Derby Digital package.
