Paid up front.
Back every week.

Sell prepaid passes, like a pizza and a drink every week all season. Guests pay once, come back every week, and Derby never takes a cut.

We set it all up. You start selling passes.

  1. We design your pass

What’s included, how many weeks and the price, built around your restaurant.

  2. We put it on your website

A pass page on your own site, ready to share.

  3. Guests redeem at the counter

Staff look them up by phone, and DerbyFlow tracks every week.

Better than a punch card.

Punch cards and loyalty apps

  • Paid one visit at a time
  • Paper cards that get lost
  • Nobody reminds them to come back
  • Another app for guests to download
  • No way to support a local cause

  • Paid up front for the whole season
  • Looked up by phone number
  • A reminder email every Monday
  • Sold right on your website
  • Built-in school fundraisers

Works with the rest of DerbyFlow.

Questions owners ask.

How does a membership work?

You sell a prepaid pass, like a pizza and a drink every week for a season. Guests pay once, then come in each week to use it.

Does Derby take a cut?

No. Derby takes 0%. Sales go straight to your own account, and you only pay the normal card processing fees.

How do guests use their pass?

They give their phone number at the counter. Staff find the pass and redeem this week, and DerbyFlow keeps track of the weekly limit and weeks left.

Do guests need an app?

No. They buy on your website and get a pass page by email. Nothing to download.

How do school fundraisers work?

Several schools or teams sell the same passes. Guests pick who they’re supporting, part of each pass goes to that school, and DerbyFlow totals what you owe each one.

Can I sell passes in person?

Yes. Add a pass by hand for cash or check sales, and it works just like one bought online.

Who sets it up?

We do. Our team designs your pass with you and puts it on your website.

Which package includes memberships?

Every package. Memberships are part of DerbyFlow, which comes with every Derby Digital package.
