One system, not sixOne login, one bill and one team. Every part already knows what the others did.
Your guests stay yoursOrders, bookings and events happen on your own site. Derby takes no cut and no marketplace owns the guest.
Run with you, every weekSoftware you buy waits for you to log in. Our team is in this one whether you open it or not.
Restaurants like these run on DerbyFlow every day
Get found by people who are hungry right now.
Most restaurants are discovered on Google, not on a website someone typed in. So the system works where the searching happens, and sends everyone back to a site you own.
A custom site built to rank, not a template with your logo dropped in
Your Google listing kept current: hours, photos, posts and menu
Tonight’s special live on the site and on Google the moment you set it
Reviews asked for, answered and pushed back to Google
The expensive part is winning a guest the first time. Everything after that is a list you already own, and the system works it whether anyone remembers to or not.
Every order, booking and event lands on one guest record
Points and rewards guests see at checkout, redeemed in a tap
Email and text sent to the right guests, not the whole list
Welcomes, win-backs and birthdays that run on their own
This is the part a stack of separate tools cannot do. The AI works the whole platform overnight and leaves you the handful of calls only an owner can make.
An AI concierge that answers private event inquiries in a minute
Reviews drafted, posts staged and follow-ups queued while you sleep
Traffic, scans and clicks in plain numbers, with nothing to install
A person on our team in it every week, which is the actual difference
Orders, private events, catering or covers. We pick the one that moves your number and engineer the system for it rather than switching everything on at once.
2We move your menu, guests and content
Your menu, your photos, your existing guest list and whatever is worth keeping off your old site. You are not retyping a menu into a new tool.
3We launch it and watch the first weeks
The site, the ordering and the booking go live together, so the links in your Google listing and your printed codes all land somewhere that works.
4Then we work it every week
Specials, posts, campaigns, review replies and the event pipeline. You get a report on what it did, and we bring you the decisions worth making.
No. DerbyFlow runs your website, ordering, bookings, events, guest list and marketing. Your POS keeps doing what it does on the floor, and the two sit alongside each other.
Do you take a cut of my orders?
No. Derby adds no commission to online or table orders. What a guest pays for their food is what reaches you, minus your own card processing.
Do I have to run this myself?
You do not, and that is the main difference between DerbyFlow and software you buy off a website. Our team sets it up, then works in it every week with you. You can open it whenever you like, but nothing waits on you logging in.
What happens to my current website?
We build you a new one and it becomes part of the system, which is what lets the menu, the specials, the ordering and the event pages all update from one place. Keeping a site that lives somewhere else is possible, but most of the loop stops working.
What does it cost?
It depends on which parts you run and how many locations. We do not publish a number we would have to caveat, so pricing comes with the free growth plan, along with what we would build for you first.
