We already know that such an extraordinarily large number is hard to believe. After all, there's plenty of agencies & marketing gurus out there who flaunt edited screenshots and fallacious. That's why with every case study, we aim to be as transparent and genuine as possible.

Here's Derby Digital co-founder Jahan with Eulogio, owner of Pina Fiesta.

So… how did we achieve such incredible results for Pina Fiesta?
We did so by employing an iteration of our 5-step Kitchen To Kingdom™ marketing framework.
Step #1: High-Converting & SEO-Optimized Landing Page
Nowadays, most people come across a restaurant through organic search. Someone may be searching for "restaurants near me" or in this case, "mexican food near me". This means that the searcher is a high-intent buyer; they're actively searching for what you're offering.
While identifying marketing ideas for Pina Fiesta, our research led us to discern that there was a large population in Louisville, Kentucky actively searching for Mexican food and restaurants. This was perfect for us and we designed and revamped the branding for Pina Fiesta, ensuring modernization and alignment with what people around Louisville were searching for. We also began local SEO campaigns to generate more impressions for the site and increase brand awarness.
But what did we do with all of that traffic? After all, having a bunch of high-intent potential buyers viewing a page but not converting into paid customers is a recipe for failure. So, we created high-converting landing pages for specific keywords. Think of things like "tacos near me" and "best Mexican restaurants in Louisville". We created pages that looked amazing, had clear call-to-actions, and offered a sense of community.
The result? Visitors skyrocketed, online orders increased by nearly 20%, and Pina Fiesta generated thousands of local impressions.
Step #2: SEO-Optimized Google Profile With Coupons, Specials, Posts, etc
Now our SEO optimizations didn't stop there. We completely revamped Pina Fiesta's Google presence through a targeted Google Profile & Ads campaign with the intention to generate more local impressions, especially in areas within a 10 mile radius of Pina Fiesta.
The purpose of this wasn't to target high-intent potential customers, but instead to increase Pina Fiesta's brand awareness in neighborhoods closest to them. Think family nights, daily outings, etc. We wanted Pina Fiesta to be an option to eat for people who lived by.
Therefore, we didn't see immediate results, but over time brand awareness gradually increased and every night became bustling with new customers. What's interesting is that we originally didn't anticipate elderly individuals from the neighboring homes visiting; after all, Pina Fiesta is a loud and fast-paced restaurant, something that often deters older individuals. However, Pina Fiesta became a blast with the older, retired cohort who wanted to get out of the house and have a fun and lively night out.
